Searching continued…

Well after much thought and prayer I have decided, although I do not see myself as rich, the fact that I own one vehicle makes me part of the wealthiest 5% of the world {so I am told}. I do not want to walk away from Jesus  sad, I want to run into His arms one day and hear well done good and faithful servant.  So I know that moving to Haiti or another country to serve is not where I need to be right now, but I also know that I can make a difference. I have decided to sell my motorcycle, and use the money to buy water cisterns for my Haitian family members, and to also use the money to fund an alternative energy project that I am working on. Searching…

This morning when I woke up, it was a gloomy overcast drizzly day. I went through the normal “getting things started” routine. Somewhere between thirty minutes on the treadmill and driving to the church I realized that I was searching. There are two sides when it comes to searching, first one should know what it is that they are searching for. Second, you should at least have a starting point for the search… {stay with me I’m getting there} Here is my main issue, I’m not sure what it is I am searching for or where I should begin looking. what I do know is that when I look around my house and garage and office I have some cool stuff. Highschool Memories?

How do you put value on the memories of adolescents? like Mastercard would say “year book $60.00″  “Having your hair done $30.00″ “new make up from the mall $25.00″……. “your picture NOT in the year book….. PRICELESS!” What? Surely that couldn’t happen in our world today. With all of our technology and email and computers, you would think a project like a high school yearbook would be almost fail proof. I am not writing this to bad mouth any school, or staff, or any publishing company.
